Victor has been successfully selling real estate since 1986 when he joined his father, Dirk, in business. He knows the importance of good communication and he knows what it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buying or selling experience positive and seamless.
Victor works full-time at this business and has been overwhelmed by past and present clients trust in him. He is thankful for clients enthusiastically referring the Klassen Team to family and friends which have contributed to his longevity in the business.
Alanna became a licensed realtor in 2006 and joined her husband, Victor to form The Klassen Team. She is proud to have learned from one of the best realtors in the industry. She has also had the privilege of working along side of her father-in-law and son in previous years.
Over the years, she has enjoyed working with both sellers and buyers as well as working behind the scenes in the Klassen Team’s marketing and advertising department. She spent 7 years in university and college achieving business education and has over 28 years in the accounting field. Alanna’s strong business sense has made her an integral part of the team.
Along with her business background, she enjoys adding pizazz to client’s homes by assisting in staging and home decor. Her product is the quality of service she provides.

In addition to the online presence there is also printed advertising in the local Real Estate Weekly newspaper. With over 40 years as a trusted source of real estate information, Real Estate Weekly has been ranked the largest real estate market newspaper in the Lower Mainland. Distributing weekly to over 310,000 homes in the Lower Mainland you will be sure that your listing will be thoroughly viewed not only in the local areas of the Fraser Valley but all over the Lower Mainland.
Custom designed modern feature sheet brochure of your home are provided for each listing, printed on a high-quality semi-gloss card stock to best represent your property to interested buyers. Included within will be photography, home specs as well as an elevated descriptive interior and exterior feature list of your property.
Along with an extensive public web presence your listing will be created in a customized private e-flyer for Realtors within the Fraser Valley on or before the listing date to provide an exclusive first viewing of your property. This feature has proven to be very effective and creates a strong level of urgency for the realtor’s who receive the e-flyer.
